Update: BPD says fentanyl likely not involved in five students’ hospitalizations after Kappa Sigma party

The Boulder Police Department is investigating an incident that saw several male college students treated or hospitalized after heavy alcohol consumption at the Kappa Sigma fraternity house.
First responders were called to the Boulder Community Hospital and the University of Colorado Boulder Kappa Sigma fraternity house after reports of individuals showing signs of overdoses. Police initially indicated that at least six men were ill, but now believe there were five.

Graduate student arrested after incident at Students for Justice in Palestine event

A graduate student at the University of Colorado Boulder is facing charges of harassment and theft following an incident that occurred at the University Memorial Center Tuesday afternoon.
According to a court affidavit, the student, Luna Peck, allegedly threw water at one student and stole another’s speaker. These students were involved in a separate event in the same location.
